Supporting early career psychologists through supervision is a meaningful and rewarding part of my practice. I am a Psychology Board of Australia approved Supervisor and an Endorsed Clinical and Counselling Psychologist, offering supervision to both registered and provisional psychologists.
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working alongside many early career professionals, providing guidance, support, and a safe space to grow. My supervision style is compassionate and nurturing, tailored to the unique needs of each supervisee. I take the time to understand you as an individual, your stage of training or career, your strengths, areas for development, and your professional interests.
My approach to both therapy and supervision is grounded in a client-centred approach. I believe that compassion for clients, for professionals, and for the work we do, is the foundation of effective and ethical practice.
Having worked across a wide range of clinical settings and with diverse client populations, I draw on a breadth of therapeutic modalities in supervision. This allows me to adapt to your clinical context while helping you explore and strengthen your own emerging therapeutic style. I see supervision as a collaborative space for reflection, skill development, and professional identity formation, while also providing support with ethical decision-making and self-care.
If you're interested in discussing supervision, I’d be happy to connect. Please feel free to reach out to me at contact@wellbeingpsychology.org, and we can arrange a time to explore your needs and whether we might be a good fit.
